From its initial production in the traditional machined components sector, in these, its first years, DMC has expanded and diversified the range of items it manufactures, today producing machine tool components as well as design and production of equipment parts in general. In fact, in addition to the range of articles it has available, DMC also offers a special service for those clients who require custom items. All design is taken on by its in-house engineering staff that develops a custom solution for each customer.
All operations, from design to manufacture and delivery, are handled and guaranteed by the efficiency of the company’s trained personnel and well-organized work flow which assures that orders are filled quickly and on schedule, in quantities that range from medium-to-large to one-of-a-kind orders.
Customer drawings are analyzed by our Engineering/Business department which prepares a quick estimate to provide an immediate response for the customer. All product engineering phases are handled in-house. The Engineering Department utilizes a 2D and 3D CAD/CAM system that interfaces directly with a number of machine tools in the machining department. This makes it possible to directly load the CAM-generated production program to guarantee the best possible production of each component. |
